Ministry of Education and Ministry of Mass Media andInformation has planned to establish an islandwide national radio education channel to address the educational disparities caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Hence, a chanel from the Sri Lanka Broadcasting Cooperation will be utilised to broadcast educational programmes till the necessary infrastructure is acquired to establish the radio channel.

Covid-19 தொற்றுநோயால் ஏற்படும் கல்வி ஏற்றத்தாழ்வுகளை நிவர்த்தி செய்வதற்காக நாடளாவிய ரீதியில் தேசிய வானொலி கல்வி சேனலை நிறுவ கல்வி மற்றும் வெகுஜன ஊடக மற்றும் தகவல் அமைச்சு திட்டமிட்டுள்ளது.

இதனடிப்படையில், வானொலி சேனலை நிறுவுவதற்கு தேவையான உள்கட்டமைப்பு வசதிகளை பெறும் வரை கல்வி நிகழ்ச்சிகளை ஒளிபரப்ப SLBC சேனல் பயன்படுத்தப்படும்.
