The OUSL will use a technology-supported distance delivery model to deliver the programme. A Learner Management System (LMS), will be used to manage the learner activities and provide access to materials. Tutorial support will be provided through discussion forums and other facilities available in the LMS. A panel of dedicated tutorial support staff will be coordinating small groups of students and provide individual assistance when required.
The study programme will be delivered through all 28 regional centres of the OUSL located in Anuradhapura, Badulla, Batticaloa, Colombo, Jaffna, Kandy, Kurunegala, Matara and Ratnapura, and study centres in Ambalangoda, Ambalantota, Ampara, Bandarawela, Galle, Gampaha, Hatton, Kalutara, Kegalle, Kilinochchi, Kuliyapitiya, Mannar, Matale, Monaragala, Mullaitivu, Polonnaruwa, Puttalam, Trincomalee, Vavuniya. Students will be able to access computer laboratories with high-speed internet connectivity at these centres.
